Dear friend/relative or stranger(even better) who reads this update post for the passion project of mine,

I have added basic diplomacy to the game. 

Diplomacy panel can be opened from a foreign country's provinceSelectionPanel. 

The diplomatic actions currently implemented in the game are Declare War, Make Peace, Offer Alliance, Break Alliance, Send Gift, Request Military Access and Cancel Military Access.
